Saturn Engineering and the people who run it need to get that book titled: "Business Diplomacy For Dummies."
I left around 6:30 AM from Sofia and had problems at the Bulgarian border with the customs thugs. Being that those idiots never rented a car before they thought I had to have the title to the car. I showed them my rental documents and I might as well have showed them a book on Vector Calculus. They didn't want me to take the car out of the country because they thought I hijacked it or something equally as ridiculous. After about 45 minutes they let me go. Bloody twits.
Then at the Serbian and Croatian borders there wasa 2 hour waiting period due to long queues and only one bleedin' border gate operating. Why don't they get it....Vulgaria and Serbia may never get into the EU due to their lack of couth and culture.
Sofia is like a person never bathing and putting on some perfume to smell OK. Ugh. By the way Ugh is the name of the train station in Plovdiv Vulgaria, another dump full of rubbish.
Now I am resting in beautiful Ljubljana Slovenia, the Venice of East Europe with all the canals.
On Tuesday I will be driving to Munich Germany on business.
Still exhausted from the month of stress and the long stressful 15 hour drive, I am going to bed, so enjoy the photags.
GETTIN' OUTTA TOWN!
Major accident on the road to Nis Serbia.
30 minute delay.
15 hours later, I'm in the hotel in Ljubljana SLovenia.
Brilliant move!
The boxes containing the generator samples.
A view from the hotel room window.
Tomorrow I will go to the castle on the hill.
Ole Sydney is still my good companion.
Getting ready to do Ljubljana, big time.
Some of the canals.
Jesus in a window. In a Franciscan Church.
I thought it was an antique shop and it was for sale. LOL
Bronze relief of Ljubljana.
Sydney with a green dragon and a Snickers bar.
Sydney with two green dragons and a snickers bar.
This is gettin' heavy.
The university observatory, around the corner from the hotel.
Well as I said before,
Good night,
David
